PEBMAC currently consists of J. Charles
Holt and Melissa Ollila. Both have spent far too
many hours not only working with Macs, but trying—and failing—to
bring the OS X UNIX kernel to its knees.
J. Charles Holt—Charles most
recently held the title of Assistant (to the) Creative Director
at a strategic marketing firm, but everyone knew him as “the IT
guy." He earned some spare cash in high school repairing Commodore
Amiga computers, and his love affair with the Mac began in college
when he first played with Photoshop. Charles is an Apple
Certified Support Professional, an Apple
Sales Professional,
and a member of the Apple
Consultants Network. You can

Melissa Ollila—Melissa, an Apple
Certified Support Professional, began her obsession
with technology with her first computer, a Commodore 64, and
her first gaming console, an Atari 2600. These days, she enjoys
poking around with OS X's flavor of UNIX and answering questions
on the Apple Discussion Forums. Her first exposure to the Mac
went from "I
like my PC—that's dumb" to "I must have one of these
glorious machines" in about five seconds. She regrets any
offense this may cause Bill Gates. You

What our clients are saying:
"You two are the Mensa of Mac Techs." —Bob
Carmichael, Boulder
"We've been in business for almost seven years, and
you guys have been hands down the best service we've paid for, no
matter what, and we're in the service business . . . you did a great
job, your process was great, and ultimately the product we have is
amazing. It all works, and we couldn't be happier." —Sid
Factor Seven, Boulder
"The team at PEBMAC is phenomenal! They
came to my home—working within my hectic schedule—and while Charles
was making my Mac laptop work wirelessly, Melissa was fixing my
desktop PC riddled with viruses. They not only fixed everything,
they went above and beyond by downloading better software,
cleaning up preferences, etc. Arming me with the tools and training
to troubleshoot future problems was huge, too. These guys are good!"
—Kari C., Broomfield
"They not only boosted the speed on my old iMac,
they gave me tips and tricks along the way. I fully recommend PEBMAC
to anyone who uses Apple computers." —Bob B., Erie

knowledge, patience, and skill definitely surpassed my expectations." —Robert
T., Lafayette
"I'm up and running now. You truly are amazing!!!!
Thanks." —Sonja F., Boulder
"You stopped me from doing an 'Office
Space' on
my computer, although smashing it with a hammer would have been quite
exhilarating. Really

in a few months after I break it again!" —Jeff H., Broomfield
"I would highly recommend
PEBMAC as a resource for any Macintosh environment for business
or personal IT solutions. (Charles) has proven himself to be not
only solution oriented and resourceful, but reliable—a hard trait
to find these days." —Kathy A.,
Lafayette
"Try PEBMAC!!! You'll like it. They helped
me with everything from the obvious (too close for me to see) to
the arcane (things I'd never see). And it was all stuff I REALLY
NEEDED. I'm happy now." —Paul T., Albuquerque
