PEBMAC offers Apple Macintosh troubleshooting, consulting, and training. We're Apple Certified Support Professionals and members of the Apple Consultants Network, and we’d love to help you with problems or questions on your home or office setup. Our goal is to make you comfortable with your Mac, and we'll explain as much (or as little) of what we're doing as you'd like. We're also specialists in Macs in a design environment.

We're dedicated, full-time consultants, so we offer extremely fast response times. We'll work to meet your schedule instead of forcing you to work around ours.

All services are billed in 15-minute increments with a one-hour minimum. We don't charge for travel time to or from your location within the Boulder County area (ask us about other areas). For existing customers, if we can solve your problem over the phone in a reasonable period of time, we won't charge for it.
