I've been working with customers since 2008 to make their digital life easier, whether it's showing someone a better way to share photos with their family, or helping businesses install point of sale systems and robust wifi networks. 

A lot of my clients are people who've had bad experiences with tech support in the past. Apple referred customers to me who had a bad experience, and needed someone to put it right. I won't make you feel bad for what you don't know, and I won't overload you with tech jargon (unless you want me to).

Having trouble with your Mac? iPhone misbehaving? Maybe you just want tips on making your wifi network better, or keeping yourself safe online? I love this stuff!
